Pimples and Pigmentation marks appear on the face, which takes away the beauty and charm of the face. These can appear in summer or winter season. The main reasons are consumption of fat, controlling the urge to urinate, excessive lab our and exposure of heat and Sun.Black marks in the skin is because of lack of skin care. In deeper layer of the Skin are the cells which produce melanin, a pigment which gives the skin this color. This pigment protects the skin from the direct rays of sun. Exposure to sun increases the production of melanin which gives way to darker skin. To fight for the pigmentation you can go the home made complexion lotion.
Here few suggestion ( HOME REMEDIES):
*You can use scrub to your face. Apply a little oil before going to bath and then use a paste made of Kasturi Turmeric powder, Rice or Green gram flour with a little milk.

*Just do this two times a week. You will see difference to your facial skin. If you do not want to use Kasturi turmeric powder get a scrub over the counter and then use it.
*With all this you have to drink lots of water, at least 8 -10 glasses now that the summer is fast approaching. The water should be enough to clear out all the toxins from your body. The point is that you should not feel thirst and then drink, your lips should not feel dried up. If that happens then your drinking water content is just not enough.

MILK
As we become older, many of us shucked the idea of drinking milk either because we felt we were too "grown" to have to drink milk, or because we had become conscious of our figures and felt milk would have a detrimental effect on that part of us. In lieu of milk, we switched to other dairy products or vitamins in order to still receive the correct intake of Vitamin D and Calcium.
Strangely, the analogy here is that if we went through that much trouble to still receive the benefits of milk, we knew that there was something in milk that our bodies were able to utilize. According to an article published on the Internet by the Newer Knowledge of Milk, there are several benefits of milk: the ability to prevent osteoporosis, hyper tension, and colon cancer. And most importantly, these benefits are derived from an intake of fluid milk, not simply vitamins or other sources.
Drinking milk also helps reduce the incidence of tooth decay. There is no evidence to support the theory that drinking chocolate milk aids in tooth decay, and as a result, allowing children to drink chocolate milk increases their consumption of milk. One of the major contributing factors to many people shucking the benefits of milk for a substitute source is the belief that drinking milk will cause them to gain weight. There is no evidence that drinking the required servings of dairy products such as milk contribute to a person being overweight.
Clearly lactose intolerant individuals need to supplement with a non-dairy product. But for everyone else, we should shy away from drinking milk. We did it when we were 5, and we can definitely do it when we are 80. The benefits of drinking milk stay the same!
CURD
Although curd has a nutritive content similar to fresh milk, it has extensive special values for therapeutic purposes. During the process of making curd, bacteria convert milk into curd and predigest milk protein. These bacteria then inhibit the growth of hostile or illness-causing bacteria inside the intestinal tract and promote beneficial bacteria needed for digestion. These friendly bacteria facilitate the absorption of minerals and aid in the synthesis of vitamins of B group. Buttermilk, which has same nutritive and curative value as curd, is prepared by churning curd and adding some water, removing the fat in the form of butter.
Curd is also considered one of the best aids to natural good looks. It supplies the nerves and the skin with healthy ingredients and counteracts the ill-effects of exposure to the scorching sun. The bacteria in curd make the skin soft and glowing. Curd mixed with orange or lemon juice is a good face cleanser. It supplies moisture to the skin and fruit juice provides the essential vitamin C. One tablespoonful of juice should be mixed in one cup of curd. This should be applied to face and neck and allowed to dry for 15 minutes. It should then be wiped off with a soft tissue and washed with water.
A mixture of oatmeal flour and yogurt has been found effective in making the skin fairer and softer. This mixture should be kept on the facial skin for 15-20 minutes and then washed off with warm water. For pimples, a paste of curd and Bengal gram flour or besan should be applied on the face and then washed off.
Curd is also considered valuable in conditioning the hair. It makes the hair soft, healthy and strong. Curd should be massaged right into the roots of the hair before being washed off. Dandruff can be removed by massaging one's hair for half an hour with curd which has been kept in the open for three days.
FEW TIPS:
REMOVE DARK CIRCLES UNDER EYES
Dark circles are not a medical concern, but they can be very annoying and embarrassing. Almost everyone gets dark circles under eyes at some time or the other, and they are usually temporary. They are the second highest dermatological problem.Dark circles are socially very embarrassing – they make a person look older, tired, stressed and even depressed.
Causes of dark circles:
A common misconception is that fatigue is usually the most common cause of dark circles.
1. Instead, the most common cause is nasal congestion. When our nose is congested, veins that usually drain from the eyes into the nose become dilated and darker.
2. Eyelid swelling during sleep is another cause of under eye circles. While lying down, gravity causes fluid to collect in the lower eyelids, creating the appearance of shadows below eyes.
3. Can result from chronic skin conditions, such as atopic eczema.
4. Dark circles can also be an inherited tendency – one of the primary causes
5. Dark circles can result due to the natural aging process.
6. Lack of sleep is another factor that is not really a cause, but makes them more apparent.
7. Other causes include factors, which damage the skin, such as too much ultraviolet A (UVA) light or smoking.
8. Pregnancy and menstruation make our skin pale. Many people associate dark circles with hormones -
but dark circles are a non-hormonal problem.
9. Allergies cause dark circles as histamine reactions cause dark smudges to appear under the eyes
10. Lack of vitamins can cause dark circles under the eyes.
Treatment and prevention
*Treatment for severe under eye circles is directed at the underlying cause, if known, and may include bleaching agents and laser therapy.
*However, the best way to prevent dark circles under the eyes is to eat right, drink plenty of water and sleep well. Reduce stress and combat tiredness.
*Various beauty products claim to have amazing remedial services on tired eyes. Over-the-counter cosmetics may help diminish dark circles under eyes. Try out skin creams that contain vitamin C or K, alpha hydroxy acid and kinetin.
*However, you can cleverly camouflage the dark circles with a light-reflecting concealer - which helps because it contains titanium powder, which reflects light across the dark area. Choose a concealer that is a shade lighter than your foundation. In addition, if your circles are very dark, go 2 shades lighter.
*Cosmetic surgery to remove dark circles under the eyes,Some cosmetic techniques involve using lasers to stimulate the deep collagen layers in the skin, thus rejuvenating the skin's surface to remove dark circles.
*Laser treatment can thicken the skin by increasing collagen production, so you are less likely to see vein around the eyes.
*A procedure known as blepheroplasty actually removes skin under the eyes and draws the remaining skin taut to help get rid of bags. This expensive process requires recovery time and does have some risks involved. This technique, however does not addresses the cause of dark circles under the eyes.
Some simple Home remedies get rid of Dark circles under the eyes:
Home remedies cannot remove dark circles permanently, but they provide short-term, inexpensive solutions that can help diminish the dark circles.
1) Mix a little almond powder with milk cream and massage the mixture around your eyes before going to bed. This is useful Home Remedy for Dark Circles under Eyes.
2) Slices of cucumber or potato can be used to reduce circles around the eyes. Close your eyes and cover your eyelids with a thin slice for up to twenty minutes. This soothes tired eyes and increases the circulation to the skin around the eyes.
3) One can also apply a little cucumber juice to the area. You could even grate the potato, wrap it in thin cloth and place it over the eyes. Make sure to wash the area thoroughly afterwards and apply a little cream or oil around the eyes to moisturize the area. This is another good Home Remedy for Dark Circles under Eyes
4) Detoxing the body helps in certain cases. This involves fasting for short periods of time, but continue to take in plenty of water. Cut out all the unhealthy foods that are a regular part of your diet. Give up alcohol, caffeine, sugary drinks, fatty and sugary food, smoking, etc.
5) Dab a little lemon or tomato juice in to the darkened areas two or three times a day. Be very careful not to let the juice in to your eyes. This is also useful Home Remedy for Dark Circles under Eyes.
6) Soak a couple of tea bags in clean, cold water for a few minutes, squeeze out the excess water and place them over your eyes. Keep them there for ten minutes or so.
7) Buy some Vitamin E supplements in capsule form. Carefully break open the capsule and squeeze the gel on to your finger. Gently and carefully, rub the gel around your eyes.
8) Squeeze the juice from a cucumber and cool it in the refrigerator for an hour or so. Add a little lemon juice and lanolin cream. Apply around the eyes for up to twenty minutes. Wash off carefully. This is useful to get rid of Dark Circles.

HAIR FALL
Our eating habits greatly affect our skin and hair. Hair loss is one such problem that is greatly associated with dietary deficiency. When our hair is shiny and bouncy, we can be sure that our body is in good condition while when our hair looks dull and lifeless, it reflects an overall state of ill health. This is because our hair receives nutrition from the blood stream and grows on the nourishment it receives. Hair growth is also adversely affected by hormones, drugs and waste material.
Lets now discuss some frequently asked questions on hair care and hair loss.
*What are the nutrients that affect our hair?
Dietary needs vary for proper hair growth. Stress deprives us of a lot of nutrients, especially magnesium. Tobacco neutralizes vitamin C and other anti-radical vitamins. Alcohol interferes with the absorption of vitamin B.
. Our hair is primarily made up of proteins. Thus, a primary necessity for good looking hair is adequate protein intake.
. Fat helps in making the hair look lustrous as linoleic acid stimulates the sebaceous gland. Sebum secreted from the sebaceous glands gives hair its shine.
. Vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and essential amino acids are necessary for harmonious cell balance. Therefore, they affect the cells responsible for hair growth.
. Vitamin E and C or beta-carotene, specifically act as anti-oxidants, protecting our hair from free radicals. they help our hair to stand up to pollution, chemicals, cold, sun, stress and medication.
* What should we eat to have great looking hair?
A balanced diet is required for healthy hair. This should consist of:
* 55% carbohydrates, especially those of slow assimilation (e.g. pasta, rice, potatoes).
* 30% Lipids, half of which should be mono saturates like olive oil, a quarter should be poly saturates like groundnut oil and sunflower oil and another quarter of saturates like butter, cream, cheese, animal fat etc.
* 15% proteins (found in cereals)
* Fruits and vegetables should represent in volume, half of your foodstuff.
* Feed your hair well: Hair Loss due to nutritional deficiency is known as Loose Anagen Syndrome. Hair fall is common when one does not eat right and besides hair loss, one might find hair with white tip at its head. Falling of hair along with the white tip shows that the root is not strong enough to hold the hair in hair follicle. Dieting is a major reason for hair loss in young women.
* My hair becomes rough and unmanageable in summer. Is it because I shampoo it too much?
Wavy hair has a tendency of becoming frizzy in summer due to humidity. Use mild frequent-use shampoos and frizz control products and conditioner.
* I have extremely dry and rough hair. How do i make it soft? After every wash, i have to oil it?
First and the most important advice, have a hot oil treatment twice a week. If possible, apply heena, mixing it with 4 tea-spoons of lemon juice and coffee, 2 eggs and enough yoghurt, as well as 2 tea-spoons oil. This will nourish your hair and hence softens it. After shampoo, you should use a conditioner. You can also use a hair gloss. Apply tiny amounts on the palms and then smoothen over hair and leave it on. This will not only keep your hair in place but also make it look less dry.
3) I have dandruff since many years. I have used many anti-dandruff shampoos, but nothing has worked. How can i get rid of dandruff permanently?
You should use a mild shampoo, twice a week, heat pure coconut oil and apply on the scalp at night. Next morning, apply the juice of lemon and wash your hair after half an hour. Rinse thoroughly with water. Wash your hair three or four times a week, using less shampoo, but rinsing well with water. Have weekly henna treatments. Add 4 tsp each of lemon juice and coffee, 2 raw eggs and enough curd to the henna powder, mixing it into a thick paste. Apply on the hair and wash off after an hour. If you do not wish to use egg, add more curd.

1.Fenugreek (also known as Greek Hay and Fenugreek):
It is an herb that is commonly found growing in the Mediterranean region of the world. While the seeds and leaves are primarily used as a culinary spice, it is also used to treat a variety of health problems in Egypt, Greece, Italy, and South Asia. Fenugreek seeds have been found to contain protein, vitamin C, niacin, potassium, and diosgenin (which is a compound that has properties similar to estrogen). Other active constituents in fenugreek are alkaloids, lysine and L-tryptophan, as well as steroidal saponins (diosgenin, yamogenin, tigogenin, and neotigogenin).
What are the Benefits of Fenugreek?
Due to its estrogen-like properties, fenugreek has been found to help increase libido and lessen the effect of hot flashes and mood fluctuations that are common symptoms of menopause and PMS. In India and China it has also been used to treat arthritis, asthma, bronchitis, improve digestion, maintain a healthy metabolism, increase libido and male potency, cure skin problems (wounds, rashes and boils), treat sore throat, and cure acid reflux. Fenugreek also has a long history of use for the treatment of reproductive disorders, to induce labor, to treat hormonal disorders, to help with breast enlargement, and to reduce menstrual pain. Recent studies have shown that Fenugreek helps lower blood glucose and cholestrol levels, and may be an effective treatment for both type 1 and 2 diabetes.
Fenugreek is also being studied for its cardiovascular benefits. Uses of Fenugreek Home Remedy for Balancing Cholesterol Studies have found people who took 2 ounces (56g) of fenugreek seed each day had significantly (around 14 percent) lower cholesterol levels after 24 weeks, and had lowered their risk of heart attack by more than 25 percent. Therefore, a recommended remedy for lowering cholesterol is to take 2 ounces of Fenugreek seeds throughout the day. The seeds can be sprinkled onto prepared food, or they can be consumed with water if they are in capsule form.Treating Diabetes and Lowering Blood Sugar Levels Studies have shown that participants with type 2 diabetes had significantly lower blood sugar levels after eating fenugreek. Therefore, a recommended home remedy for treating Type 2 diabetes is to consume 500mg of fenugreek twice daily.
Herbal Cure for Skin Inflammation Research has shown that Fenugreek is an effective topical treatment for skin problems such as abscesses, boils, burns, eczema, and gout. Therefore, a simple skin inflammation remedy is the following: Take a spoonful of fenugreek and grind it into a powder. Mix the ground fenugreek with warm water. Take a simple piece of clean cloth and soak it into the mixture. Apply the soaked cloth directly onto the affected skin as a poultice. Natural Cure for Heartburn and Acid Reflux Fenugreek seeds contain a lot of mucilage, which helps sooth gastrointestinal inflammation by coating the lining of the stomach and intestine. Therefore, for an effective remedy against heartburn or Acid Reflux, simply sprinkle 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds onto your food. Another option is to take one teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds and swallow them with water or juice before any meal.Home Remedy for Fever,The Fenugreek herb has been known to help reduce fever when taken with lemon and honey, since it nourishes the body during an illness. Therefore, to treat a fever, simply consume one to two teaspoons of Fenugreek seeds three times a day along with an herbal tea (such as green tea) with a teaspoon of honey and lemon juice. Some health food stores also sell herbal Fenugreek teas, which can be used instead of the green tea.Breast Enlargement Fenugreek is often used in many teas and other products that help balance women's hormones and/or enlarge the breasts. Therefore, a simple home remedy for breast enlargement is to make Fenugreek a part of your regular diet. A common suggestion is to consume up to 3g of Fenugreek per day. Remedy to Ease Child Birth for Pregnant Women Fenugreek stimulates uterine contractions and can be helpful to induce childbirth. However, pregnant women should only use Fenugreek for inducing labor after consulting with their doctor. Remedy to Aid Milk Production in Lactating Women Fenugreek has been known to increase milk production in lactating women. Research has even shown that milk production can increase by over 500 percent within 24 to 72 hours after consuming fenugreek. Although it is not known why this happens, researchers speculate that the oil contained in fenugreek seeds plays a role. Therefore, a recommended remedy to increase milk flow is to consume one capsule of fenugreek seed (at least 500mg) three times a day. What are the Side Effects of Fenugreek? While Fenugreek is generally considered to be safe when used moderately, there have been reports of a few minor side-effects. Nausea is one common side effect, while other people have reported gastrointestinal discomfort (diarrhea and/or gas). Also, when using fenugreek topically on the skin, it is important to watch out for skin irritations and rashes. Fenugreek use during pregnancy is not recommended, since it has the potential to induce labor. If you are pregnant and wish to take it, you should do so only after consultation with your doctor. If you are currently taking any oral medications, you should always use Fenugreek at least 2 hours before or after these drugs. This is important since Fenugreek fiber has the potential to interfere with the absorption of oral medications due to its mucilaginous fiber (which gives it a moist and sticky texture).

EGG
The time and money spent on hair maintenance can get out of hand quickly. Shampoo, conditioner, hair masks, blow dryers, straighteners, moisturizing spray, hair serum, hairspray where does it end? Many people aspire to have healthy-looking, undamaged hair but don't want to pay for costly hair care products. Use eggs on your hair--a less-costly, natural alternative. Eggs are rich in protein. Protein helps to make the hair follicle stronger and stronger strands of hair are less likely to break. Therefore, you'll have fewer split ends. In addition to enhancing resistance to breakage, applying raw eggs to hair also makes it smooth. Smooth hair is easier to brush or comb and less likely to become tangled or knotted. Hair is also made thicker from the protein in raw eggs. This is especially beneficial if you have limp, lifeless hair or if your hair is thinning. Eggs act like a conditioner and moisturize dry hair. Eggs also make dull hair shine because unlike shampoo, eggs maintain the hair's natural oils, which shampoo strips away. To reap the benefit of healthier hair provided by eggs, apply raw eggs to your hair regularly. Crack at least 2 eggs into a bowl and mix thoroughly. For longer hair, you may need more eggs. Massage the mixed eggs onto dry hair. Make sure to really saturate your hair. This can get messy, so you may want to do it over the bathroom sink. Allow 15 minutes for your hair to absorb the eggs. Then rinse your hair thoroughly with cold water only. Cold water not only closes the hair follicle, but it won't cook the egg as warm or hot water can. After rinsing, shampoo as usual.
Remember that even damaged hair can appear healthier. Since you cannot reverse what has been done, focus on maintaining healthy hair going forward. Also, keep in mind that the many benefits of eggs may require several treatments before there is a noticeable change in your hair. Apply eggs to your hair three times a week at first and then less often once the quality of your hair has improved. Using eggs in your hair as part of your beauty regimen instead of some hair care products is cost effective.
EGGS ON SKIN :
Eggs have external cosmetic effects. Beaten egg whites can be used as a facial mask to make your skin look smoother temporarily. The mask works because the egg proteins constrict as they dry on your face, pulling at the dried layer of cells on top of your skin. When you wash off the egg white, you also wash off some of these loose cells. Used in a rinse or shampoo, the protein in a beaten raw egg can make your hair look smoother and shinier temporarily by filling in chinks and notches on the hair shaft.
However there are also adverse effects associated with eggs as it increases the risk of heart disease. Like other foods from animals, egg yolks are high in cholesterol and saturated fats that increase the amount of cholesterol circulating in your blood and raise your risk of heart disease. To reduce the risk of heart disease, the USDA/Health and Human Services Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend limiting the amount of cholesterol in your diet to no more than 300 mg a day. The guidelines also recommend limiting the amount of fat you consume to no more than 30 percent of your total calories, while holding your consumption of saturated Eats to more than 10 percent of your total calories (the calories from saturated fats are counted as part of the total calories from fat). Low cholesterol, controlled saturated fat regimens generally permit two whole eggs a week. There is no limit on the number of egg whites. Besides, eggs could also cause food poisoning if not cooked properly. Raw eggs and egg-rich foods such as custards and cream pies are excellent media for microorganisms, including the ones that cause food poisoning. To protect yourself against egg-related poisoning, always cook eggs thoroughly: poach them five minutes over boiling water or boil at least seven minutes or fry two to three minutes on each side (no runny center) or scramble until firm. Bread with egg coating, such as French toast, should be cooked crisp. Custards should be firm and, once cooked, served very hot or refrigerated and served very cold.
Eggs could also cause allergic reaction. According to the Merck Manual, eggs are one of the 12 foods most likely to trigger the classic food allergy symptoms: hives, swelling of the lips and eyes, and upset stomach. The others are berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries), chocolate, corn, fish, legumes (green peas, lima beans, peanuts, soybeans), milk, nuts, peaches, pork, shellfish, and wheat.
